These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Execulist mobile app ("Execulist," "we," "us"). By downloading or using Execulist, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

1. Your license to use Execulist

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Execulist on devices you own or control, for your own use, subject to these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.

2. Subscriptions, free trial, and billing

Execulist offers a 3-day free trial, after which continued access requires a paid subscription.
Plans are $4.99 per month or $39.99 per year (USD), billed through your Google Play account. Prices may vary by region and may change over time.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. If you don't cancel during the free trial, it converts to a paid subscription.
Manage or cancel your subscription anytime in Google Play's subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Google Play under its policies.

3. The streak challenge reward

Execulist may offer a discount (for example, $2 off) for reaching a streak milestone such as a 14-day streak. Rewards are a promotional feature, are applied through the applicable app-store discount mechanism, have no cash value, and may be changed, limited, or discontinued at any time.

4. Your content and data

The tasks, notes, and other content you create are stored on your device and are your responsibility. Because Execulist stores data locally and has no server backup, we are not responsible for content that is lost if you uninstall the app, clear its data, lose your device, or switch devices. We recommend keeping your own record of anything critical.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse Execulist — including attempting to reverse engineer, resell, or circumvent the app's paid features or store billing, or using it to break the law. We may suspend or end your access for violations.

6. Disclaimers

Execulist is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reminders will always be delivered on time, since delivery depends on your device and operating system.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Execulist and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits, or opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for Execulist in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes to the app and these Terms

We may update, change, or discontinue features, and we may revise these Terms. When we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above. Continuing to use Execulist after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
