This Privacy Policy explains how the Execulist mobile app ("Execulist," "we," "us") handles information. Execulist is designed to keep your data on your own device. Please read this alongside our Terms of Service.

The short version

Execulist has no user accounts and no server that stores your tasks. The tasks, priorities, due dates, notes, streaks, and settings you create are stored locally on your device. We don't collect them, we can't see them, and we don't sell or share them. We show no ads.

Information stored on your device

Everything you create in the app is saved in local storage on your device only:

Tasks and their lane, priority, description, due date, and reminder time
Your day notes
Your streak count and challenge progress
App settings (such as whether pressure mode is on)

This information does not leave your device through Execulist. If you uninstall the app or clear its data, this information is deleted.

Purchases and subscriptions

Subscriptions are sold and processed by Google Play. We use RevenueCat to verify whether your subscription is active. When you subscribe, Google Play handles your payment — we never receive your card or payment details. RevenueCat receives a pseudonymous identifier and your purchase/subscription status so the app can unlock premium access and manage the free trial and any earned discount. Your use of these services is subject to their own privacy policies:

Notifications

Execulist can send you reminders, due-date warnings, and streak nudges. These are scheduled locally on your device — no notification server receives your task content. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.

Information we do not collect

Execulist does not collect your name, email, contacts, location, or advertising identifiers, and does not include third-party advertising or analytics trackers.

Children

Execulist is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will address it.

Your choices

Because your data lives on your device, you control it directly: edit or delete tasks in the app, or clear the app's data / uninstall to remove everything. Manage your subscription and free trial through your Google Play account.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, a notice in the app or on this page.
